A new pattern... hopefully!

FINALLY... after two weeks of SWEARING I am going to exercise in the mornings, I finally got my butt out of bed Monday morning and hopped on the treadmill. Yay!!! Not only that, but I walked last night as well - for a total of 2.5 miles. This morning I did a mile, and plan to do another mile or so tonight. I think I've finally broken out of the laziness curse and am getting some motivation back. I've also tracked all of my food this week so far as well - who hoo!!

Now... just got to focus on keeping the good habits going! :)
