Stepping it up

So today I decided to step up my daily walk by adding 2 lb hand weights. I used them for a little over half of my walk, and boy could I feel it in my arms and core! Going to gradually work up to using them for the whole walk, and then maybe try and use some heavier weights. Feeling the burn and feeling good! emoticon
