The couple weeks away has been very productive for me so far as getting stuff done, but I've really missed my Sparkfriends and activities.
I've stayed with the plan, pretty much, and my weight has fluctuated the variable 1 to 1.5 pounds from day to day. Up one day, down the next. And I can live with that. However, here are some of the things I discovered:
* I find that tracking my food and exercises really help me to maintain my focus.
* Measuring my food is important too. Sure, I'd eye-ball-it, and maybe err a little bit on the side of yumm. But honestly, I don't like the feeling of being"too full" or getting even close to it.
*Being accountable, knowing I will be "reporting in" keeps me honest -- and I need that.
* Over all, I just don't have that Sparky feeling. . . . feeling like I'm HEALTHY. I used to feel like if I moved just right, I could light a match. High octane energy. My energy level is okay and I'm feeling okay in general, but I just feel kinda like a lump. Not a big fat lump, but a lump nonetheless.
So, I've made it a goal to get back on the straight and narrow Sparky path.
