    I lost 2 1/4 pounds this past week and 2 the week before...I like this 10 minute exercise...I'm trying to do 5 days of 30 minutes, but for the other days I'm going to do the 10 minutes...every little bit helps! Next week you should see a loss! :) emoticon emoticon
