cooking up some sparks

Tried two sparks recipes today:
crustless quiche, with cottage cheese, tomatoes, onion,mushrooms and just a bit of ham for flavor
breakfast cookies, shredded carrot, cornmeal,raisins, walnuts,peanut butter and rice cereal.
These used up a lot of my little bit of this and that I had laying around, the last of the peanut butter in the jar, the last of the walnuts in the bag, an excess of carrots and apples I had laying around. So economical and tasty , low cal and high fiber. Healthy good tasting breakfasts for me for the rest of the week. My very picky family even liked the cookies.
Next I am going to try a beef barley soup
