Not a horrible day

Tuesday, February 05, 2013

Ok so yesterday was not all that bad. I did not make it to the gym- logistically it wasn't going to happen. However I went to someone's house to buy some used moving boxes in good condition. When I got there he said I could have them for free so I now have 35 moving boxes to pack in. Don't get me wrong we have 2400 square foot house and we have been here for 5 years so we have a lot of stuff and this won;t take care of the whole house but it is a nice start. Yesterday I hit everyone of the markers on my nutrition on here (calories, carbs, protein, and fats!). So that is pretty impressive to me. And I got in my 30 minutes of exercise. But I am sore today- I might try yoga as my workout tonight if I do anything. Unfortunately today is the day I leave the house at 6:30 am and don't get back until close to 8- so there may be no working out- this may be my day off. If I have the energy I have some recorded yoga routines at home- but we will see. Still have not heard from the bank who now owns my house but I am sure they will be contacting us soon with a move out date. I can feel my throat getting raw and I have a feeling that I am getting what everyone else has had- but I am trying to fight it with healthy eating, working out, vitamins, and sleep. This is one of the hazards of being a teacher and I guess we just all have to live with it. Well onward and upward I will just keep doing the best I can for now.

Woohoo!! Great job yesterday! See, it is possible :) Most of the time...hahaha. You're doing awesome. Stick to it, do the best you can, but prioritize so you don't go as crazy! I hope you're not getting what the whole U.S. has!!! So far, I'm good :) I know all about being a teacher and being around EVERYTHING. Popping the vitamin c and using hand sanitizer (and lotion) a lot!!
