Today is a new day! I've got to keep telling myself that I can do it. I had a really encouraging comment on my last blog..."you can do this".....and I need to remember that. I am not going to give up no matter how many times I fall.

Today is a lean eating day....protein shake with almond milk for breakfast. Fruit for lunch and stir fry for dinner. It is weigh in day and I'm afraid I have gained for this week but I will do better for next week.

    I really dislike weigh ins so I stopped doing them. I know it's hard when your challenge has you doing it but darn it. They suck!

    I try to concentrate more on how I feel and how my clothes are getting a little looser, but weigh in day is still stressful. Even if the scale doesn't read exactly what you hope today, keep pushing forward and soon it will!
