*** I have got to work on my eating and lack there of. Today I will track everything I eat and eat at least 4 times. I have no problems with my workouts or water intake. As far as sleeping I don't get 8 hours a night, but I get enough to function properly...I've already discussed this with my doctor. So, if I can get and keep my eating in order I'd be making more progress. ***
