Well. I have been in "winter mode" of late, it's cold, and foggy more often than not, and I just haven't had the 'get up and go' that I normally have. I have to convince myself to work out. I have had to cut back on my walking some, and use my cane, (hoping it's just my arthritis, and not something more...
So, I work in the house, with sit ups, push ups, weight lifting, that sort of thing.
What do you do when the weather is icky, and you have slim to none motivation?
