protein drink #1

i have protein powder now and am going to make a few protein drinks some mornings for breakfast. It won't be every morning because it's still a processed item with the powder even though I dd fruit and such to it. But on occasion, a quick shake since i don't like eating in the morning, is a good start to changing my non-food before 1pm habit.
1 scoop strawberry creme soy protein powder
2 frozen strawberries
2 frozen peach slices
an ice cube
diet green tea (arizona)
It was interesting. Not the greatest but not bad either. I think I will try it with soy milk next as it will kind of be like strawberry milk, which I didn't mind growing up. I also have frozen raspberries to add and some liquid vitamins and such to add boosts if I decide to put a little into the mix. I drank a bit under 8 oz, so it was only like 100 calories, but it's a start.
