Last week was fairly successful. I missed my Wednesday video but made up for it on Friday when I spent 2 hours sweating up a storm with a friend doing dance drills. I forgot that Sunday was the Super Bowl so I did not end up going to Hot Yoga and watched the game instead. With the power outage during the game, I probably could have gone and still managed to get home in time to see the exciting stuff. Oh well, I had a great time! My Friday weigh in stalled at 139. I blame Auntie Flow. ;)

As usual, my minimum goal = 30 minutes of exercise 5 times per week. These are my stretch goals:

* C25K - W7D1 - DONE!

* Video (30 min)

* Video (30 min)

* C25K - W7D3
* Dance Drills (120 min)

Weekend: Need to take the dogs for a long walk. Might go to Hot Yoga on Sunday.
