it is time

I finally feel like I am getting my mental self in order; now it is time to do the same for my body. The weather is so crappy that I just don't feel like it. But if I wait until I do, I never will start. I would like to know if anyone has a sure-fire way to start without hurting myself. I am thinking just walk. walk walk walk walk walk. for a while anyway. I can't stand my size any more. there is no sense to it. It is pure lazy and loving to eat.

    Walking is great if yer hips and back are up to it....Im starting on a stationary bike....

    If you have cable with on demand, look under your sports and fitness section, there are usually scads of 10-15 minute workouts, and, most times, Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone!
