1) The 49ers lost

2) Had a great time at The Fiancee's Parents' Super Bowl Party. I brought my crocheting to keep my hands busy so I didn't eat as much as I might have, but I ate too much.

3) Crab Feed Friday night killed me.

4) I am SO feeling fat today. I don't dare step on the scale as it will totally discourage me. Back to the drawing board.

    I ate too much at the Super Bowl. It sure became a good game in the 2nd half eh? I really thought the 49ers were gonna win it. Love Colin. Amazing kid. I got on the scale. Bad idea. I feel sooooo fat today. But have been good all day. Got 16000 steps in and ate right.

    Very discouraging when you step on the scale and it registers a gain.I..learned the hard way what fluids play in the body even when you think you are doing a great job

    Sure, the 49ers lost, but they still made it all the way to the big game AND next year can be even better because they're in a good position now rather than struggling to build a team. At the beginning of this season we could only hope they'd get to the post-season. At the end, we had a Super Bowl with them in it.

    You ate less than you could have and, under the circumstances, that's pretty darn good. Some healthy eating for a few days and you're right back on track. Use that fat feeling to fuel your motivation to get a little more activity and eat a few more veggies and fruits. It's our own internal bio-fuel to energize us toward healthier days. emoticon
