So last night I decided I would do another Jillian Michaels workout. I have a kickboxing video (as I have mentioned before) that has 3 different workouts on it. I have only done one of the workouts on the video because it's my favorite one. I decided I would pick another one to do instead of my regular one. So I picked this ab workout kickboxing thing...it was workout number 3 on her video, if anyone has it. It was HARD. I survived the workout, but I knew it was probably going to be difficult when she seemed calmer in the video. I feel like she needed to be calmer to sympathize with all the people doing this crazy workout. I about died.
I'm just going to be real. Now I love Jillian Michael's workouts. She is really motivating and I'm one of those people that you have to push in order to get through a workout. She definitely PUSHES. This workout kinda made me dizzy after it was over. I don't think this is normal...so maybe I will wait to do that one again. Lesson learned: I'll stick with the first workout video from now on. I'm getting good at kicking an invisible person's face anyways. :)
