Last weigh in I gained four pounds. I knew that was going to happen. I ate horribly, didn’t exercise (except my back), and was just in a blah mood. I was a bit upset at myself for allowing myself to get that down.

However, last week I was like “I’m gonna do this. I’m gonna kick ass. I got this.” All my hard work paid off. I lost…

8 pounds! 8 POUNDS!! I’m so excited! I haven’t been this low in a long time. I never weighed myself in high school, but I’m sure it’s been that long. Of course, this huge amount means that next week’s weigh in isn’t going to be as big. I’m not expecting high numbers, but any loss is a loss. Any amount of fat burned and muscle gained is a plus in my book.

Now to clip coupons at work…yep.
