What have I got to lose?

Monday, February 04, 2013

I have had a net loss of...gaining a half-pound since I started here.
I was losing weight for awhile, but I was under-eating and I know it. The holidays put an end to that.
I have some thoughts about why I want to lose weight, when I am already at a BMI of 22, and how that affects me psychologically/emotionally, but maybe that's too personal.
Even though I semi-want to talk about it and get a reality check.

(edited to change "why I am losing weight" to "why I want to lose weight," since obviously I'm NOT losing weight!)

A nutritionist might be a good thought.
Or maybe a trainer that could help you figure out an exercise routine. An increase in activity would allow you to burn more calories.
You could check out the Inside Out Weight Loss team based on the book, Full-Filled.
There are links to podcasts that really help a person get inside their own head regarding weight issues. We are all really getting into it and finding it very helpful and fascinating.
You sound stuck. I think you need input of SOMETHING outside yourself to
dislodge what is not moving so things can flow more freely.

You are definitely not eating enough but you know that already. Have you ever thought about visiting a nutritionalist? It may be the reality check you are looking for!
