I can do big girl bear crawls! and by big girl I mean grown up, not the other meaning. Getting up at 5:20 this morning was pretty brutal, I'm not gonna lie. Note to self, skip the superbowl next year. Nevertheless, I got up, put on my warrior gear and headed downstairs to face Jillian M. I'm on week 3 or her Ripped in 30 DVD and yes, this is the beginning of my fifth week but I did week 1 for 2 weeks and am doing week 3 for 2 weeks. Wasn't too keen on week 2 so that got only one week of play.

Anyhow, my original point, I haven't been able to do the full bear crawls, instead, I've been modifying them by either walking just my hands or my feet. Today I was able to do the full body movement. I completed 6 or the 8 in a set each time. I'll work up to completing the set by the end of the week.

BTW, my workout buddy bought Jillian's 6-week abs, the first time he tried it on Saturday he called to say that if he saw her right he would fight her because she whipped his butt with the level 1 workout, today he called to say he thinks he need a tranquilizer. This is someone who's been working out twice a day consistently for last 25 yrs emoticonand recently stepped it up to include a personal trainer. I'm going to get him one of these emoticon
