Progress of 2013 Goals

Increase fruits and veggies to 6 or more servings a day.
Completed 50% of the time in January. Will continue on working to improve.
Walk 500 miles.
Completed 136 miles in January. Will be upping this goal to 2000 miles for the year. I found out using the fitbit that I normally walk 4 miles a day without trying. This will push me to do an extra 500-600 miles above my normal activity.
Follow up with Dr. in April.
Scheduled appointment for April 15th
Clean crap room and organize space into Craft room.
Completed cleaning and organizing the closet. Using the space to store holiday decorations.
Remain Smoke free
Completed for month of January. Smoke free for 12 weeks and counting.
