2 steps forward, 3 steps back.
I was pretty good to start out.
Lost 3.5 pounds and then gained 3 of them back in the last month.
I don't know why it is, but when I record all my food intake, I really do a much better job of losing. Time, discipline, motivation,
Gonna try again this week.
Just glad I am not sick anymore.
