Superbowl is all about food and drinks at my house. We live for football. I have to admit I was a little worried about today. Lets face it I always eat and drink too much when I'm watching the game.
With that said I did pretty good today. I ate very light for breakfast and lunch. I ate celery ;drank an Ardyss Nurtishake, a few crackers and drank lots of green tea.
During the game one slice of veggie thin crust pizza (I usually eat 2 or 3), 2 beers (usually drank about 4 or more).
A minute left in the game and I'm downing 2 glasses of water and 2 cups of hot green tea before bed.

    Sounds like you did really well! It's difficult to stay on track when everyone around you is digging right into all of the food and drinks! Good luck for this week's goals!

    I think it is good to allow ourselves to keep life as normal as possible; if we can't indulge a little or live normally and have to restrict ourselves we will never be able to maintain the lifestyle change it takes to keep the weight off. Good for you for enjoying the game!
