I went through all of my old blog entries today, and it was really interesting to see all the things that I've learned along the way. I needed a fresh start, so I deleted all the ones that don't really matter, and kept the ones I'd like to go back for, for reference. I found some of the old foods I used to eat that had really good protein, that I completely forgot about. I'll have to adjust some of the ingredients now, but that will be simple.

It just took me back to a time when I felt really motivated, and it motivated me now. I had to laugh at a lot of the stuff I said, and some comments that people made. It was a good time to revisit all that stuff. I'll have to re-read a few things again to get started up.

It's funny to me that back then, at 130 lbs, I was at about 28-9% body fat. Right now I'm around 30%. With all that warehouse work I did, I developed more muscle, and though I lost a lot of it I didn't lose it all. My muscles have always been pretty resilient in that department. Sugar seemed to have always been my biggest culprit in regards to body fat. I've been so much better on the sugar intake lately, I'm trying to develop a good habit of limiting it. So all is not lost. Even though I'm at a higher weight, I still have pretty much the same percent of body fat to work with. Not a horrible thought.
