Back to Pre-vacation weight

I've been back from my two week vacation for two days now and I am back to my weight before I went. It pays off to return to Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet to get back on track. It is exciting to know that somewhere inside me the healthy food is starting to work on the damage that the poor food choices has wrought. It is going to just take patience. I am also hoping that my husband will be indirectly helped by the meals that I am making. He does not always eat my food but does in many instances. emoticon

    South Beach worked for me. I have another Spark Friend who is doing it again. She's happy with the quick weight loss. I have trouble long term on low carb diets, so now I'm trying to do it the Spark way. I still make those South Beach recipes from time to time.
