Super Sunday...

Sunday is normally a day off for me as far as work outs are concerned but since I am doing the Jacks and Abs challenges with this fitness group online, I got them out of the way early so I can enjoy the game later. I am really feeling the burn in my core which is a great thing. Here is summary of today's workout:

I completed and tracked 2 cardio exercises and 3 strength exercises at - 1 minutes Cross Jacks, 20 calories burned, 10 minutes Shoveling Snow, 107 calories burned; Crunches with Ball, Plank, Pushups

Back to the gym in the morning.
