Week 5 check in

This week I have been feeling a little depressed. I know what I need to do and somehow just can not do it. I have a list of this and list of that and they seem never ending and conflicting. I spend so many hours in the gym and it takes away so many hours writing so I end up watching tv and spending so many hours doing neither. In the past when I hit this I ended up focusing one on my goals which usually is studying and school work. Then my health suffers, weight goes up and exercise becomes non-existent and then my school work ends up suffering because of my health. I'm not sure what it is best way to handle this. I do graduate in may and can do much of the same since I can focus on my health in the summer but I'm not sure I want to go that route. If I get a teaching job, the same thing will happen over and over. I need to find a way to deal with the stress that is right now overwhelming me. I have one less course this semester. I am still working 20 hrs a week and this coming week am providing in class support for English and Math for grade 8 students. I miss my daughter and find that although we talk on the phone often I find she is not as forthcoming with information about school, friends, etc. as she is when she is living with me. I can not wait until March break to spend some time with her. I need to push past this. I need to get my act in gear. I started listening to Ted talks about education and leadership to get motivated. It helps but I need more motivation to do what I need to do to continue. Any suggestions to get motivated. I am still doing the sticker thing but since I have not earned any it is doing the opposite effect.
