***does cleaning count???***

I sure hope so! I had planned to wake up and do ninety minutes in the gym. Well I am the Hostess with the Mostest and am having a Super Bowl party tonight. Not only did I stay up late making my dips and wrapping my turkey smokies in bacon, but I woke up at 4:30 AM and begin prepping and cleaning. We are having a burger bar - grilled burger with a ton of topping options (mushroom sauteed in red wine, grilled onions, bacon, cheddar, meunster, swiss, and pepperjack cheeses, lettuce, tomato, raw onion, pickles, mayo, mustard, ketchup, barbecue sauce and ranch dressing). This morning I prepared the mushrooms and onions, sliced the vegetables, and finished my Chocolate Birthday Cake and White Chocolate Mint truffles. I then washed and dried all the dishes, cleaned the countertops, cleaned out the microwave, polished the appliances, swept the kitchen and den floors and THEN mopped both floors. Just because I wasn't exhausted enough, I vacuumed all the bedrooms and hallway. I cleaned our guest bathroom and then SCRUBBED (literally on my hands and knees) our master bath shower. I am now starting to feel it. I want to lay down; I have been up for three and a half hours. But part of me feels like with the evening I have planned, I should get in a sweaty workout and nap later. I think once I have a little something to eat, that is just what I will do.
So good news: I got on the scale yesterday morning and honestly I was freaking scared. I was sick with a sinus infection and upper respiratory infections most of the week. I was only able to get in two workouts and I ate and slept most of the other days. I did make sure to chug water even though I wasn't moving much. And to my chagrin, I was down EXACTLY 2 lbs! I am now out of the 220's!!! I even bought a new pair of jeans just two weeks ago - a Misses Size 16, curvy fit. They are too big! I think I am safely a 16 Average and I officially no longer fit Plus Size AT ALL. Now to payoff my Lane Bryant card! Yippee!!
Well I hope you all have a FANTASTIC Super Bowl Sunday. I am so excited about this game with the Harbough Brothers being two of my favorite coaches in the league, I will be excited for either to win but since big bro has Ray Lewis on his team and this is his final season, so I would love to see him win. But danggit, I love the 49ers! Oh well, I don't get anything no matter who wins, so I will just have a good time. Bye Sparklers!!!
