One week in and I am already seeing some results. I think that the kind of HIIT training that is provided on the website is what my body responds to best. I did see results with other programs I have did but you can see the difference from my starting values last Sunday.
Starting weight 194.8 lbs
Current weight 191.2 lbs

Starting percentages:
Body Fat %: 53.6 %
Hydration %: 31.9%
Body Muscle %: 23.0%

Current percentages:
Body Fat %: 52.4%
Hydration %: 32.7
Body Muscle %: 23.5%

This was with working out 5 days this week and a body rock video all of the days but one. I did Wii Your Shape for the first day.
I am feeling so good about myself. I have finally myself excited about exercising again. I am looking forward to the results ahead.

    I know the scales aren't completely accurate but it gives me something to gauge my progress as an estimate. Many of my past weight loss attempts have shown more in a loss of inches over pounds so I am curious as to how these percentages will shift as I work to a healthier weight when the pounds don't seem to budge.

    Thanks for sharing.. but I doubt that you are 52.4% body fat. You should have a doctor check this. The scales rarely get this correct. I had a physicial therapist and physician do mine and the scale was off by more than 10 percent!
