Not a Setback!

Weigh in this morning: up 0.2 pounds.

But you know what - this is not a setback. Have I made a couple of bad choices this week? Yes - I will be the first to admit that Happy Hour with my coworkers on Thursdays presents many temptations and I don't always resist as well as I should. Were there days where my overall food program could be better - you bet.

BUT! I worked out 5 days this week. I had good food days. And I'm increasing the number of steps on my FitBit. And even with the mistakes I may have made, I'm only up 0.2 pounds. That is a victory.

So now the planning for next week begins again. I will go to the grocery store tomorrow, get a short exercise in before the Super Bowl, and have a GREAT start to the week. :D
