It's February already!

Saturday, February 02, 2013

Oh my... I can't believe that January is gone! I feel like I missed an entire month. emoticon Okay enough with the shock and awe, let's call it what it is: I have procrastinated away ONE whole month. emoticon I've done the bare minimum. I've put in the time true enough, but not the effort. emoticon

The news is not all bad, I did manage to lose 5 lbs. Yea ME! emoticon

So with this in mind, February needs some goals: emoticon

Feb. 13th is recognized as "ASH" Wednesday: Regardless of your belief it's a great motivator to shake off some bad habits! Here we go:

I will eliminate soda emoticon
I will eliminate "real" sugar & severely limit my "Splenda" emoticon
I will exchange "bare minimum" for "pushing the limits" emoticon
I will eliminate fast foods that are not "plan friendly" emoticon
Wednesdays will be "Daniel fast" day!
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My goal for February will be to lose 7 lbs (raising the 5 set in Jan.)

Psalms 39:13 (KJV) 13 O spare me, that I may recover strength, before I go hence, and be no more.

Make it great everyone!!!
