The good and the bad

So, today is a day of mixed feelings. I did two short exercise videos from SP and then ran the farthest I have run in my whole life without stopping: 3.33 miles (40 minutes) on the treadmill. Three days in the gym this week! All of this is a reason for celebration. However, there is the scale problem. Instead of going down, I went up. Yeah... Good thing I read up on some posts and articles that say not to tie yourself and your progress to the scale. Thus, I am trying to just be happy with the gym achievements this week. Go me!
