Days # 328 & 329: I met my highest goal! 51 pounds off! I reset for 6.6 more!

It's funny! I have worked VERY hard since March 16, 2102 to get to this goal, and it feels so unusual to not be jumping up & down like crazy! It is because I KNEW I would get here! I actually never saw the goal # on the scale, I passed right by it, this morning! WOW!

'They' always say when the student is ready, the teacher appears! Well SP is my teacher AND I am VERY grateful! I've learned so much about my body & what it needs to be the perfect expression of myself. Physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually!

What a journey, I feel is just starting! Now that I have the tools, I can move into the rest of my life, expressing the joy I feel, not focusing or rather, obsessing on the I wishes, I shoulds! I KNOW how to do this! I KNOW how to take care of me in such a way, that I will be a benefit to the world, instead of a drain! Seriously!

As you know I love my family & friends, ZUMBA, hiking, swimming, walking/running 5K, photography, performing with my marionettes, nature, Flash Dancing AND anything that gets me outside into nature! I would have missed out on ALL of this without Spark People! REALLY! What fun I am having, because I said YES! To my health! I put me first! I got rid of all the clutter in my body, in my closets, but most importantly in my MIND!

My long term goals are for April25, 2014. I am 75% through them! So soon I will recreate my new goals! AND my bucket list! I visualize EVERYDAY, who I want to be. I remember who I am, a child of the most high God! As the video blog Chris posted yesterday about the super bowl says, "It is your attitude that makes the difference!" This has been SO true for me! I plateau several times, but following & tracking EVERYDAY, is how I have/will live my life. Taking care of ME is the most important thing I do. Strange to say, but SO true!

The new book I am still learning, I think was the last 'tool' to my total health. THE RAW FOOD DETOX DIET, by Natalia Rose. I'm only in chapter 4, but the simple changes I have made, so far, are making such a HUGE difference! This only tells me I have many days with this book, because of the results so far. I've always been into fresh veggies, green drinks & bars, whole grains & organic chicken (I've never been a beef lover, unless it is grazing in a pasture, haha!), I'm known as the 1 in the family that is a little 'out there' as far as food choices go. But to have this tiny last bit of info has changed my life almost as much as Spark People. It just makes SO much sense to me, it feels SO right to me! I know it is not for everyone, but it is for me!

May our journey together, with Spark People, be joyfilled & especially health filled, for the rest of our lives! My Spark Friends made it possible to get this far. I KNOW we can do this, ARE doing this! I feel truly blessed. I AM truly blessed. Thanks God for showing me the way! AND I thank ME, for listening!
