Ok so yesterday I did my first official workouts. All of them were Cardio dancing.
-10 mins of Zumba in the morning.
-20 mins of the biggest loser 30 day jumpstart in the early afternoon.
-10 mins of the biggest loser before dinner.
I was so pumped and full of energy, I could barely get to sleep last night. The little devil was whispering to me to go raid the fridge and make a sandwich s I normally do at night, but after all my successful workouts that day, I wasn't even tempted to listen to the little bugger.
So I woke up this morning & let me tell you, ALL MY MUSCLES WERE SORE!
I'm not complaining, that just means I did something right, I think, right? lol

Just as I was about to say OUCH, OK ENOUGH ALREADY, she said.. and thats it, you're done! I even kept up with her intensity. (don't laugh advanced people) lol
Definitely felt the burn! But I do have one question my fellow sparkers. When you strength train, I know you aren't supposed to work the same muscle group 2 days in a row, but how does it work for cardio? Is it cool do do cardio everyday? I don't have ANY eqiupment, so what should I do for alternate workouts besides cardio?
