Cardio Saturday...

Cardio Saturday was challenging. Day two of the Jacks Challenge called for 50 Stance Jacks which works your legs (I wonder how I will feel tomorrow). I added some ab work to the mix. Here is a summary of this morning workout:

I completed and tracked 2 cardio exercises and 4 strength exercises at - 1 minutes Stance Jacks, 20 calories burned, 50 minutes Elliptical Machine, 843 calories burned; Plank, Abdominal Crunch Machine, Pushups, Stretching / Flexibility Training (general)
