February 1,2013 is my first time doing this blog stuff. I hope i can stick with it maybe ill surprise myself and actually see something through. Well i went to bed very late last night because i had to work the night shift friday. I woke up around noon today and i walked my black labrador lola. I then ate a salad and some goldfish(yes i know!)! I then preceded to finish up my taxes (yay me) and watch four weddings on TLC. My boyfriend dog and i live on a boat in the florida keys. Before i knew it it was time to get ready for work, before leaving for work i had a little snack of animal crackers (again i know ugh) im not starting off very good at this eating healthy stuff. I packed my lunch for work with consisted of a large salad, a ham and swiss sandwich on wheat a diet pepsi some animal crackers and a few lemon heads. I am almost grateful i have to work tonight because my boyfriend was having a friend over to play xbox and they were ordering pizza! I cant say no to pizza so off to work i went HA dodged a fat bullet there. Now im work and have successfully eaten my entire lunch and am still hungry! I am not alloted anymore calories until i get home from work and then i will eat an apple before i go to bed! Its only 3am i hope i can make it wish me luck! See you tomorrow, whomever is reading this!

Welcome to the world of writing blogs! I too made my first blog post a few months back and now love to read others and write my own!

Can totally relate to that hunger feeling; my solution is to find snacks with the least amount of calories and the most volume. It fills me and doesn't eat up all my daily allowance. I also make my own healthy pizza with whole wheat pita bread when others are chomping on takeout pizza. It's fast and easy to make!

Good luck! Together with Spark people we can do this!
