January Review and February Goals

Well, I didn't quite make all of my January goals, but I am making progress...

January Goals;
1. Follow a 1500 calorie a day plan......Most days...
2. Do cardio at least 15 minutes a day for 5 days in the week. emoticon
3. Strength train two or three times a week....Didn't do well on this one!
4. Measure portions - no guesstimating....Most of the time I measure or weigh emoticon

The goal is to lose 5 lbs by 1/31/13....missed this by 1 1/2 lb, I lost 3 1/2 lbs in January.

So on to February....
1. Follow 1500 calorie a day plan.
2. Cardio at least 15 minutes a day.
3. Train to walk a 5K the on 3/9/13.
4. Strength train 3 days a week.
5. Lose 5 lbs this month = 1 1/4 lb per week

    Your goals for February look great. I know that you can reach them and I will be here cheering you on. I think that you did awesome in January. You made wonderful progress and that's what counts! You are doing it! WTG!
