If just one person believes in you...

I have always loved that song from "Snoopy the Musical", and then from a special celebrating the life of Jim Henson. And sitting here tonight that is how I feel being here on SparkPeople has been--we are encouraging each other, laughing with one another, crying with each other. It's a wonderful thing indeed to give each other a pat on the back, hug, sushi(Spark Goodies!) or just to drop by their page and say hi! Even though we all have full time lives to lead it is such a highlight of the day to see your Spark buddies cheer you on that extra step. That's why we are here--to journey together in health and fitness and it is a wonderful trip indeed!
