2013 So far

Hello February! I can't believe 1/12 of the 2013 is already over. This year is going so fast. So far I've kept up with most of my goals. I completed #31WorkoutsInJanuary and participated in at least 10 minutes a day (although usually more.) I've been okay with tracking my food. I've gotten back to tracking every day and trying to plan ahead a little so my meals don't send me over my calorie goal. I haven't always chosen the best or healthy foods, but I've only gone over once or twice.
Other goals.. haven't tried any new fitness activities or gone back to ballet fitt. I also need to work on doing Pilates at least once a week. I'm trying to get back into going to the gym in the am. I cannot stand the crowds after work!I had the best inspiration yesterday. One of the women who usually works in the early morning hours said "Hi Ann, I've already got your number." The recognition for me was huge! She knows me so she would know if I don't come in. I was so excited by this!
