Flex Friday & February Goals

It's another Flex Friday! For those that follow me on Instagram/FB, you've seen this already. For the Spark world, here are my triceps. There's only a 2-lb weight difference between these pics.
Here are some February goals:
Dare Greatly - Continue participating in the Bodybuilding.com Transformation Challenge.
Choose Love Over Fear - Accept people where they are. Especially when it comes to my mom.
Practice Presence - Have a girls' movie night & turn off my phone while I'm with them.
Give - Do at least 2 intentional acts of kindness.
