I think the two go hand in hand. I've been going through PT for a bone spur, and haven't been able to run in two months. I just said to a running buddy yesterday "I am so tired and feeling so down". His reply "you need to find another form of exercise that you can enjoy until you can run again!!"
He's right, of course. I promised myself that starting this weekend, I would do at least 10 minutes of something new, and try to develop some new habits. I hope you find your Spark today!!!
