I am proud to say I ate the right amount of calories by eating the right foods yesterday. My son and I walked the three dogs to the post office and it started snowing! What a beautiful sight. I didn't get in much exercise yesterday, so I made up for it today. I exercised this morning and that made my body feel so good! I wake up stiff and sore and the way to feel better is by moving my body around. I call it oiling up my bones emoticon
So now I want to look up recipes that will help me eat tonight. emoticon This is a great way to spend my time emoticon

    Moving the body everyday, will sure help you to keep limber, and stop us from getting stiff :) I'm learning more and more about my body everyday; and l just love how I'm feeling too . You can do it my spark friend, we can all do it. There will be a bump in the road from time to time; that's okay though, cause we will just keep moving forward.
