20 Days Back At Crossfit (Results)

I have only been back at Crossfit for 20 days now, but the results are clear! Today was a weigh in since it is the 1st of the month so instead of doing it off of last month I did it off of the starting measurements of the day I began Crossfit to see the changes. I technically lost 2lbs in the month weight wise if I go by the numbers from last month.

On Monday my box is starting a Paleo Challenge and I will be participating, let's see if I can win this one too!
