Reviewing my 2013 resolutions

1. Do one thing at a time: Nope no progress
2. Go 28 days with out drinking: mostly successful, 29 AF days in Jan but not in a row
3. Eat healthy: Success
4. Check facebook once a day: (I modified this to only check FB from home not work): some success, most days i only check from home
5. Read 30 mins per day: Success
6. Do something active everyday: some progress. I had a tutoring job that I could not pass up so this cut into my workout time, however I was active 4-5 days per week

Goals for February to come later this weekend

    Sounds a lot like my goals, your progress is much better! emoticon

    My minister told us in December to create your list of resolutions, then take a second look at them with the assumption that LIFE is going to get in the way! What are you going to realistically be able to do, or adjust when that happens, in order to be successful?

    After one month of life getting in the way, I need to re-access and create/adjust my resolutions. emoticon
