Fantastic February

Well my 6 month membership at a small group personal training gym is complete. Down 20 pounds and 11 inches, 10 pounds shy of my goal but I can't believe the muscles I've developed. Now it's time to continue the transformation on my own. I still struggle with eating healthy consistantly so my goal this month is to keep up my workouts and be sure to log my food every day (being accountable for food choices). Hopefully this will lead to a 6 lb wight loss or better and personal satisfaction.

I've also been wanting to run a 5K but keep putting it off. A friend of mine asked if I wanted to do a color run with her on June 1st. So we both signed up and our teenage sons will be coming with us. That gives me 4 months to train.

Also turned in my application for grad school. I'll find out in March if I was accepted and will probably start in May. So I really need to cultivate those healthy habits to make it easier to maintain when things get extra busy.

Going to have to get a smart phone or digital camera so I can start sharing my progress. I feel great!!
