So as of January 15 have made small but significant changes to my life. Staying strong and motivated has been difficult in the past. As with anything I have a tendency to start strong and go balls to the wall (pardon the expression) One small change this time.....not looking at a weight loss. Don't get me wrong I have a weight loss goal, being over 300lbs how could I not. However, this time I am more focused on me. Putting things in my life in order, my health, my family, my finances, and looking at things in a totally different light. I am happy and have been a extremely positive person most of my life. Very average, each week same routine. Now I want more. I dont want to just live, I want to live and enjoy each and every moment of that life. Step out of those comfort zones in all aspects of my life. Take that leap and really see what I can do. As the old saying says if you dont change what you put into things how can you expect to get out anything but the same results.......wish me luck ....I am finally changing what I do♥
