Some goals, and then some.

February Goals:
600 Fitness Minutes
Wake up at 6:30am every day
Eat Breakfast
Stay within calorie limit 6 out of 7 days a week
Read before bed, instead of watching TV

Just a couple of simple February goals.

TMI...Woke up with some cramps so I did not workout this morning. And I am not happy about it. I know I couldn't have worked out through the pain, it's just not possible for me. Now that it's hours later, I wish I wasn't at work so I can do my workout. I am going to try my hardest to fit in the workout tonight, and if I can't, I will do it in the morning, and back everything up a day. One of my goals for this week was to NOT skip workouts. I know it's only one class, but this is how I mess up. I start, miss one, and just completely stop.

Yesterday I had one of the best workouts. I gave it 100%, and during the Stretch 10 class...I did the harder stretches AND touched the floor. This may not seem like much, but last week, I just couldn't touch the floor AT ALL. No way. Yesterday, I did! It's not always going to be scale victories. Touching the floor made me want to stretch more.

This weekend I will be going out with the girls from work, and Sunday is SuperBowl. Who knows what we're doing or if we're going out. Must stay focused!
