I have been a member of Spark People one year and have learned so much just from reading! I love the recipes and have used many of the menu suggestions. Using a similar plan of action, I have quit smoking!! With my good Lord's help, 2013 will be my year to get back to a healthier lifestyle. I want to thank all of the members that have challenged me and are there to support me. By mid year, I hope to have lost 20 more lbs. Once that is met, losing an additional 15 more lbs by years end is my next goal!! I love the before and after pictures many members have posted and I would like to be able to do the same!
