I finally exercised. I'm restarting ripped in 30 since I only made it 5 days before a week long hiatus. Man, I almost forgot how hard it is. I also almost forgot how good I feel after a workout. I had enough energy to untangle and wash my hair...if you saw how huge my afro was you'd understand why I need the energy to tackle untangling.
I overate yesterday but I'm back on track today. I just have this feeling that I'll be in calorie range today. Willpower. This is day 1. Again. What's the quote? Something like if you're sick of restarting stop quitting. I need to remember that.
So what can I do to make feb my best month yet? Stick with ripped in 30. It's 25 minutes of my time, I can handle it. Stay within the range I've set for myself. Eat more fresh fruit and veggies, drink 100 oz of water, at least. Take care of skin, wash face twice a day, exfoliate three times a week.
