A little change

Today I took a day off. After 4 intense days back from years of neglect, I needed a chance to let my body take account.
In this reflection I noticed a few changes. Little shifts that tell me I'm on the right path.

-A little less winded walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
-A little easier to button my pants.
-A little more awake at 5am for my workout.
-A little confidence about packing a healthy lunch.

Tomorrow I'll go in at 8am for a big group workout. I'm nervous to meet all the other folks in the challenge - and then sweat my butt off in front of them. But I can already see a little change creeping in at the corners.Through continued focus and hard work, I hope to make them add up at the scale for my Monday weigh-ins.
