easing back on track

yoga yesterday--difficult but did it, unlike the strength training that i skipped
almost stayed on track with food--no sugar bombing, thankfully, but ate a lot of pepperidge farm crackers after dinner...carb loading, i guess
and feeling a bit sharper, less lost-in-the-fog
progress not perfection.
