February Game Plan

Because it is the first day of a new month and I find myself with a major case of the winter blahs, I have set some goals for myself for the 28 days of February. Hopefully it will help me shake off the lethargy and get the scale moving again.

Weight loss goal: 5 lbs
10,000 steps/day
Minimum of 250,000 steps for the month
Minimum of 7 hours of sleep/ night
Kitchen closed by 8pm

February Exercise plan:
Yoga - 20 minutes/day
Cardio - 30 minutes/day, 5 days/week
ST - M = Upper/Core
T = Lower/Core
Th = Tnt - Upper/Lower/Core
F = 50-50-50
