Realistically I know I won't be 135 lbs like I was hoping for but maybe I can and will aim for mid 140's I lose the weight when my body moves and I eat heathy food shouldn't be to hard right? ;) gotta work for it and try to like my body, I look at my shadow and previous picture and I know I was bigger then I am now but I see all the flab in front of my tummy and then I feel like ev1 is staring at that one spot. Where are all these emotions coming from and how do I view myself as a skinnier woman when I'm not at the healthy BMI yet? ??s keeping me up at night/ early am

    Just keep going! You are getting healthier every single day. It took time to get where you are and it is going to take time to get where you want to be. Just celebrate EVERY little victory along the way. Be proud - hard work deserves pride!

    Try not to get discouraged. This journey never ends and you will always have ups and downs throughout the learning curve. And even though I am at a healthy BMI and I eat healthy for the most part.........some days I splurge and go crazy. The good news is now I go right back onto my plan and healthy eating.
    You can do this.
